Fold the seat cushion assembly forwards.

Remove the seat backrest hinge inner covers.   Release the clip.

Remove the seat backrest latch covers.   Remove the 2 screws.

.

Remove the seat backrest cover.   Fold the seat cushion forward.   Release the 14 clips.

.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
